Founder & Visionary Leader: Dr. Nosiri has a Ph.D. in Communications, Culture, & Media with an emphasis on self-confidence & empowerment, an M.A. in Organizational Communication, & a Bachelor's in Film Directing & Acting. The positive communication & applied empowerment coaching approach used in the SPEAK services is Dr. Nosiri's brainchild.
